• Allow the candle to fully pool so the wax burns evenly

• Burn for minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours.

• Trim the wicks before every use, no more than 5mm.

• As you inhale the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques... breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through the mouth slowly for 10 seconds.

Keep out of reach of children.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax is less than 1cm.

Always burn on a heat protected surface.
